AREA OF ACTIVITY:
CNC models
The models are based on 3D model given by client. It can be edited, modified (e.g. by adding technological flange, radius). Depending on the needs we end up with raw- finished (only milled) models, wax –finished models, or a complete mold. Stages of production:
1. 3D model editing and preparing pathways for CNC milling machine
2. Milling
3. Wax- finishing
4. Laminating and mold finishing
CNC plotting
We proceed plotting in wood-based materials (plywood, MDF), artificial materials (e.g. plexiglass, polycarbonate, HPL, PE, PP, laminates and more).
3D milling
We do 3D milling on materials mentioned above.
